CRM Functional & Deployment Analyst 1999 - 2010
Provided 2nd & 3rd line support of the CRM and Mobile Applications for approximately a user base consisting of over 1800 users.

Participated in a number of projects:

1. CRM 2007 Technical Upgrade Project: Updated the existing CRM 4.0 documentation to CRM 6.0, as well as, creating new documentation for new functionality in CRM 6.0
2. Created and updated existing test scripts in Quality Center for the CRM Technical upgrade.
3. Participant of one of the BIS Testers in testing CRM 6.O. Logged defects in the Quality Center and opening OSS messages when needed. Tested the fix for defects prior to requesting Business user to test.
4. ECC6 Upgrade R/3 systems (ERP/HR)project - Tested the RFC connections and the validity of the data transferred to the CRM Applications. In addition, tested several interfaces from CCE's legacy systems(BASIS)to SAP ERP/SAP CRM.
5. RBSR(Role Base Security Role CRM Deployment)project - Tested all T-codes in CRM system. In addition, tested t-codes that were assigned to the business roles for those users having access to the CRM system. Responsible for logging defects in Quality Center and testing resolution of defect.6. BIS Support Transition project: Responsible for giving hand-over support of CRM 6.0 to external company CSC.
Other responsibilites included training the Business CRM Administrators and being the point of contact between the Business and BIS teams for issues/concerns regarding the CRM and Mobile Sales applications.

Key Achievements
Successful in completing the projects within the defined project go-live dates.
SAP CRM Functional & Deployment Analyst 2003 - 2008
Provided 2nd & 3rd level support of the CRM 4.0 and Mobile Sales applications.

CRM 4.0 Upgrade Project - Created and documented the functionality of the CRM 4.0 system for use of interal Business and IS teams. In addition was responsible for housing the documentation in CRM Teams Lotus Notes databases.

CRM 3.1 to CRM 4.0 Migration Testing - Participated as one of the BIS testers in testing the functionality of the CRM 4.0 application and logging defects in Test Directory.

Other responsibilites included testing the Business and CRM Deployment teams security role in the CRM system; Provide monthly KPI reports based on problem/resolution tickets.

Key Achievements
Sucessful roll out of the CRM 4.0 and Mobile Sales application to then 1300 user base.
European Application Analyst 2001 - 2003
Provided 2nd line support for CCE's IOM(In-Outlet Management) application which SAP CRM was its replacement.

Created and documented problem/resolution documents and stored them in team's lotus notes databases.

Created and published the monthly KPIs(Key Performance Indicators)for the Sales & Marketing Team on team’s intranet website.

Key Achievements
Promoted to 2nd line support.
Help Desk Analyst 1999 - 2001
Worked on the United Kingdom’s Help Desk Team giving 1st line support to user base of 3,500 internal stakeholders running on the following operating platforms: Windows NT 4.0/Novell 4.0 and AS/400.

Was the focal point of resolving issues reported by the Sales Force using CCE's in-house developed Microsoft Access database application -IOM (In-Outlet Mgt)
