Maintenance Craftsman

• Oversee day to day operation of maintenance shift
• Monitor and respond to equipment issues occurring on shift, utilise the shift team and prioritise to minimise the production impact
• Act as appoint of contact and escalation for shift technicians and the production shifts on equipment issues. Ensure that escalation procedures are followed
• Complete a daily shift report on all equipment issues
• Attend factory pulse meetings and update on equipment issues as required.
• Ensure that the P.M schedule is maintained
