CTI Communications - Telecommunications Expert

As a result of the extensive telecommunications experience I had gathered over the years, I set up and successfully ran CTI Communications in 1997. My aim was to establish my own company in order to provide state of the art telecoms and IT services and products to high profile clients. I had built up very good customer relationships with many clients during former years and they were very eager to continue dealing with me as they were extremely satisfied with the service they had received in the past and that which I was now providing in CTI. Working throughout Ireland I have supplied, installed and maintained complete telecommunications packages for both high-end residential and commercial organisation

Global Telecommunications - Service/Installations Manager

In Global I gained valuable experience working as installations manager responsible for overseeing a small team of telecoms engineers. On a daily basis I supervised and prioritised workloads for staff, organised project requirements and sourced contractors & equipment as required. I acted as technical advisor to the sales team prior to the initial quotation to enable, process and define specific technical requirements for project completion. Experience gained during this period included various types of systems, such as, Iwatsu, Trillium, and many more.

Business communications - Service/Installations Manager

I joined BCL in 1985 as an installations engineer and was swiftly promoted to service & installations manager. In this role I assumed responsibility for a large team of engineers and overall supervision of all incoming telecom projects and service issues. Building on my previous skill base I gained wider experience with different systems and products. I greatly enjoyed working as part of a successful team and having the opportunity to broaden my people management skills.
