One of our clients – A leading BPO company is looking to recruit Finnish speakers for Accounts Payable position. The company operates on the global market. Their Bucharest centre opened doors recently - in 2008. Bucharest is the largest city in Romania, and also the capital. The climate is 4-seasoned. In summer, the average temperature is approximately 23 °C (average for July and August), despite the fact that temperatures many times reach 35 °C to 40 °C in mid-summer in the city centre

Account Payable Specialist’s Responsibilities include:
• Open incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
• Check the suppliers data and details in the ERP system
• Sort invoices (according to criteria: document type, purchase order, headquarter or branch)
• Communication and clarifications with suppliers (including correspondence and communication with suppliers)
• Send invoices back to suppliers
• Operating procedures

Are you?
• Fluent Finnish speaker?
• Fluent in English as well
• Educational degree in Accountancy or other qualification
• Availability for immediate interviews and potential start
