URGENT Older Person's Day Services Manager Lancashire

An experienced Day Services Manager is required in Lancashire, to have responsibility for several older people's day services throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester. A managerial qualification in social care is required (eg NVQ4, RMA, LMC, QSW) and a knowledge of the Personalisation Agenda would be highly desirable - as is a calm temperament and good man-management skills.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for reviewing care processes, looking at different day care models, liaising with external agencies, and line managing, supervising and appraising staff.
