MG International is currently assisting a client of our based in the Netherlands in recruiting native English speakers for a Customer Service position to join their team on 1st April 2010. The company provides Customer Assistance Service Centre for a major worldwide car manufacturer. The company’s branch in the Netherlands is the contact point for Western Europe. Currently on site there are over 700 employees. It is a long term commitment as the contract is for 2 years.

Your General Duties will be:
• Answering incoming calls from customers requiring assistance.
• Details are collated and entered into a computerised system. In case the problem can’t be solved by telephone, the employee contacts the nearest dealer who will send out a technician.
• The philosophy is to ensure the problem is solved efficiently as soon as possible, so the customer can stay happy with the service.

To be suitable you have to be:
• Native English speaker
• Graduated with University Degree
• Flexible and available for interviews and start 1st April
