Technical Support Agent for Swedish speakers

My Client is an International Contact Centre outsourcer specialized in the international customer management. Located in Poole, in County Dorset, you will enjoy the UK way of life in this city which offers a large range of cultural activities and a great night life!
Currently working on a big project for the high tech industry, Swedish Customer Support agents are needed to answer customers’ queries and provide solutions to support problems.

Daily duties:

- Providing the customers of the company with friendly and professional customer support
- Maintain strong relationship between the company and customers
- Providing troubleshooting services to customers by email and over the phone
- Work effectively with the other members of the team
- Data collection

Requirements:

- Excellent written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Computer literate
Customer service experience
- Be positive, proactive, dynamic and like to work in team
