Position: Supply Chain Administrator with languages
Type: full-time, both permanent and contract roles available
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: Up to €30,000 p.a.
We are urgently seeking Supply Chain Administrators with fluency in at least 1 European language besides English for a reputable multinational with offices in Dublin 8.
The job:
• Manage all logistic and order management aspects for your portfolio of clients to include order scheduling, expedites and shipping arrangements
• Provide relevant logistic support to facilitate both internal operations and clients
• Inventory control: manage client forecasts and existing pipeline and resolve any discrepancies
• Work towards company and client KPI’s and keep inaccuracies to a minimum
The requirements:
• 3rd level degree, ideally in a relevant logistic discipline
• Previous experience in a logistic order management or supply chain role
• Fluency in English + 1 additional European language
• Experience with SAP and MS Office
