The primary responsibility of the Storage Support (SS) is to manage reactive customer cases to a satisfactory resolution. The SS has the full responsibility of technical support to our customers.

She/he will perform suitable information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, collaborating with other SS if necessary.



Responsibilities:



• Ensure established quality control procedures are adhered to as well as be able to refine and improve upon them.

• Ability to work independently & as part of a team.

• Be responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures.

• Researches new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology.

• Operate within a shift system to meet company needs.

Candidate requirements:



• German language – native or fluent

• Good level of English

• Certificate, diploma or degree in IT

• Excellent communication skills

• Fresh graduates are welcome



The company offers:



Salary range: 8.7 – 11 K per annum (depending on exp) (700 – 900 per month)

Relocation: 1 moths gross salary, support with taxes and provide information re rental agencies

Training - 5 weeks to 2 months depending on project

Working hours - shifts 24/7, but it is to be discussed and arranged between candidate and the company
