Sous Chef required for busy Athlone a-la-carte kitchen.
Reporting to the head chef you need to have the following requirements:
Passion,
Enthusiasm,
Able to handle responsibility,
Full HACCP knowledge,
Ability to work in a busy a la carte kitchen.
You must be able to work in Ireland without a work permit at present.
