My client is the worldwide leading expert in contact center services, present in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets. To support the growing of the customer service and technical support team they are looking for Slovenian speakers for entry level roles in their multilingual division based in Budapest.

The position

As a Technical Support Agent you will:
• Provide requests and customer care service.
• Investigate customers issue and provide distinguished solutions.
• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers.

The ideal candidate:
• Native Slovenian and fluent in English, Croatian and Serbian will be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Diplomacy and strong negotiation skills.
• Problem solving strength.
