THE ROLE
* Managing a direct team of 8
* Management of 2 service sites (Notts and West Sussex)
* Budget responsibility
* Ensuring the continued development of the department
* Keeping standards and efficiency as high as possible

THE PERSON
* Experienced service manager
* Good man management skills
* Background from Medical or similar service industry
* Live commutable to Nottinghamshire OR Billingshurst (West Sussex)
