My Client is a leading Outsourcing company. They are currently looking for a regional Service Delivery Manager to take overall responsibility of a line of a business unit, including cost, budget, and client relationship, statement of work, internal account reviews, people and processesThe Role

- You will be contributing at a strategic level and supporting in a practical way to maintain and develop key client relationships for your unit both locally and on a global scale.- You will own the service output of the unit, be responsible for the KPIs and obligations established within the contract. - You will be working in the Operations Leadership team here in Dublin- You will have responsibility for maintaining and developing key client relationships- You will be Managing service delivery leads to achieve unit results as well as taking Ownership of the unit costs and budget The Candidate will have:- Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams in operations environment - 6+ years- Previously held responsibility for a line of business or division- Have extensive team management experience- Have budget and resource management experienceThis is a full time role with a progressive company, that offers a great salary and benefits.
