Senior Product Engineer

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or equivalent background
5+ Years of Work experience required (e.g. Product- or Quality / Failure Analysis Engineer)


This position will work as a product engineer for cross functional engineering teams to ensure the successful development and release to production of MEMS products such as accelerometers and gyroscopes for the automotive and consumer markets. In addition, act as a key technical contributor on technical problem solving teams addressing issues related to MEMS products in both development and full scale production not meeting quality, reliability or performance expectations. Direct communication with design, test development, manufacturing and the customer will be required.
Responsibilities
Support of project team in product development phase (electrical product evaluation)
Support product specific internal and external qualifications (e.g. AEC-Q100)
Electrical quality tests
Project Management during production phase (Yield Monitoring/Enhancement, review production costs and define cost reduction programs)
Support quality department in analysis of field returns incl. internal and external reporting (e.g. RMA reports)
Request, interpret and govern reliability data of new CMOS, MEMS and packaging technologies
Co-operation within project team for Design- and Test FMEAs
Teamwork with Engineering and R&D (System Development for Manufacturability)
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or equivalent background
5+ Years of Work experience required (e.g. Product- or Quality / Failure Analysis Engineer)
Experience in the field of semiconductor technologies, failure analysis of integrated circuits
Experience with Failure Analysis and bench probing techniques
Excellent data analysis and analytical skills
English (spoken and written)
Initiative, team oriented
MEMS experience a strong plus
