Senior Process Engineer - Medical Devices - Limerick - 6 months
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Process Engineer to work in a medical device multinational.
The role is suited to self driven, high achieving professionals looking to join a successful and well established Medical Device Company.
You will have a proven track record in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical field and be already established as process engineering expert in yield improvement, problem solving and NPI.
Experience in machine design, process automation or vision systems would be advantageous.
The applicant must have an up-to-date knowledge of FDA cGMP and all levels of validation required for new product introduction. pFMEA, IQ, OQ and PQ.
Requirements
Degree qualified is preferred
7+ years experience of working as process engineer on large to medium scale projects
Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry environments
Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating strong individual achievement.
Project management skill to achieve project goal in a timely manner
Yield trouble-shooting experience required
Experience in problem solving and process improvement with the use of industrial tools such as DMAIC, Six Sigma, SE statistical engineering, DOE and FMEA.
