The Job Role

the Customer Relationship Managers are required to sell a range of different product to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, they will provide customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.








Functions

 Manage and maintain a database of accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets
 Strengthen existing relationship with its high-value customers
 Prepare consultative promotional solutions to meet each customer’s unique situation


Ideal candidate will:

 Have good telephone manner:
 Be fluent in Danish
 Have previous experience within a sales environment
 Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills
 Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner
 Possess good problem solving skills
 Be a good team player
