Sales and Marketing Manager - 5* Hotel Based in Cork (Position based in Cork)

Seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join the Team at this 5* Hotel. They are offering the successful candidate the opportunity to run the complete sales and marketing function of the hotel with training and career progression. This position will be based in Cork to help promote the hotel at a corporate level.

Job Duties:

• Ensure maximum revenue and profit through pro-active selling and pricing strategies
• Responsible for driving key sales activities through the Sales and Marketing plan
• To implement an effective selling strategy and ensure this strategy is adhered to and understood at all levels
• Develop relationships with key clients within all sectors of the business – Golf/Spa/Wedding/Corporate.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 years Sales & Marketing experience within the Leisure sector or B2B sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Must be self–motivated, with a determination to succeed in a fast moving, changing and challenging business environment.

Salary: €25 - 30k basic, Commission and Car
