Lead a sales organisation which is effective + motivated.
Build and maintain relationships with professional customers
Leverage synergies across country boundaries within the group.
Manage and co-ordinate the necessary internal and external relationships.
Explore sales / market opportunities, develop relations with potential "new" customers, new business models and news ways to market.
Gather information about the local market situation and competition
Create a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to high-performance, delivering top business results
Requirements
Technical or Business Degree (ideally an MBA)
Proven success in managing a team and delivering on targets.
