Our client is a renowned global leader in its field. They currently require an ambitious Sales Manager with excellent leadership capabilities, vision and the ability to inspire. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Lead a sales organisation which is effective + motivated.
Build and maintain relationships with professional customers
Leverage synergies across country boundaries within the group.
Manage and co-ordinate the necessary internal and external relationships.
Explore sales / market opportunities, develop relations with potential "new" customers, new business models and news ways to market.
Gather information about the local market situation and competition
Create a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to high-performance, delivering top business results
Requirements
Technical or Business Degree (ideally an MBA)
Proven success in managing a team and delivering on targets.
