Qualified Accountant

DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for all ledgers, specifically the debtors and creditors ledgers; Preparation of monthly management accounts with supporting schedules; Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations e.g bank and inter-company; Maintenance of fixed asset register; Management of group audit processes; Management of internal expenses processes (including credit card processes); Management of monthly commission processes; Payroll processing (weekly and monthly); Assisting CFO with special ad-hoc financial and legal requirements; Assistance with financial management of group subsidiaries and international offices; and assistance with periodic cash flow forecasts. Ad-hoc reporting and duties.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Requirements: Ideally IATA qualified or part qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with a minimum of 2-3 years industry experience in a similar role; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel; and ambitious, hard working and highly motivated individual. Ability to own responsibilities and processes.
