A Consultancy firm that is run by an ambitious and forward thinking Chairman is seeking to enhance the quality of his team through employing career focused and determined professionals that take pride in their work. This firm covers markets such as architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering and they provide a high level of technical and management solutions to their project in the Middle East. They are rated one of the best in their class within their region and working for this company would be very exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Manager who is seeking to develop at a fast pace. Due to their steady growth and having recently secured some highly challenging projects they now wish to recruit a strong Project Manager to join their expanding team. They have recently won a number of prestigious developments around the gulf and require strong expertise to ensure that they are managed to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
• Project Management on a large scale villa project as well as other high end tower developments around the middle east
• Your role will involved all aspects of design management and quality control
• Ability to manage a project from concept stage to completion with a particular emphasis on the construction management to ensure that quality and a high end finish is achieved
• Liaison with clients and co-ordination of workload and meetings
• Ensuring that procedures are followed and maintained within the job

Requirements:
• You will be a qualified Engineer or Architect with ideally 15 years or more experience having worked on a range of projects in terms of size and complexity
• Ideally you will have experience of working in the middle east although there is a flexibility for the right person.
• You will offer a good range of both technical and design capability and able to run your own projects from start to finish
• Strong and clear communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients
• Previous project management experience having worked on villas would be ideal to ensure that you are able to follow and understand all regulations.
