Project Manager (Client Side) - Fit Out - Singapore

Our client is a Project Management/Clients Representative organisation who are experiencing rapid growth in south East Asia. We are currently interested in talking to individuals who have experience in a clients representative role on major construction and fit out projects.

Acting as the Project Managers Representative the individual appointed will be responsible for the direction, co-ordination and supervision of the entire project from design team appointment through to completion. This is effectively a number 1 role – the individual will ultimately run a team on a landmark commercial development incorporating significant fit out works

Succesfull applicants will have an engineering or construction management background preferably with design team management (or design and build project) experience. Significant fit-out or similar clients rep experience would be a distinct advantage. The position will also require significant interaction with legal, financial, commercial and property professionals as well as representatives of incoming tenants and as such strong communication as well as management skills are a prerequisite.
