Project Manager / Business Analyst required with previous technical project management experience. Contract. Midwest.
Responsibilities:
To lead key internal projects, coordinating and managing the project process to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
The initial focus of this role will be work with key stakeholders to develop initial business requirements through to functional and user requirements, resulting in a final system specification document for a new enterprise solution involving content management, workflow and notification services, back-office operations and online interfaces.
Work with key stakeholders to develop business requirements documentation, including functional and user requirements.
Create and determine final system specification documentation for new enterprise solution.
Define and scope all approved projects with concept owners, and design full project implementation plans for approved projects in conjunction with project sponsors and core project teams.
Delivery of projects within deadline and budget.
Promote project-management methodology with all levels of employees working with colleagues across the business to ensure quality standards.
Comply with, maintain and update company procedures as necessary.
Identify and initiate compelling new projects and gain support for them.
Lead change and escalation management processes for live projects.
Work with the Quality Team to execute business process improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison with the Learning & Development Team to design best-practices project management training.

Requirements:
Third level degree in a related discipline.
Previous relevant technical project management experience in a service or similar environment.
Well developed self-management and multi-tasking skills.
Strong interpersonal (including negotiation and Influencing) team and organisational skills.
Strong vendor handling skills.
Strong computer skills.
Previous experience of gathering New System Requirements.
Previous System Specification Experience.
Detailed Knowledge of high volume online and offline transaction processing.
Experience of how programmes operate.
Good understanding of how best in class highly integrated ERP systems work.
Experience of having worked in multiple functions.
Knowledge of best in class online transaction methodologies an advantage.
Experience in liaising successfully between business stakeholders and IT Development.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and industry-standard system architectures and models.
Knowledge of online content management systems and applications desirable.
