This company produce chemicals used in applications worldwide. Thanks to innovative new technology, they have grown year on year and this is continuing. Managing the production team, and ensuring production is kept at optimum levels, this is a varied and challenging role.

THE ROLE
* Managing production
* Ensuring output is kept at maximum
* Improving processes
* Risk assesment and process control

THE PERSON
* Experienced production manager
* Chemistry or related qualifications / understanding
* Good man management abilities
* Health and Safety experience (NEBOSH ideal)
