Product Manager / Business Analyst



Role:



Executing product strategy through addressing target markets, product innovation, the product roadmap and synergistic product partnerships.

focused on the translation of market requirements into product feature functionality.

researching and analysing market requirements and outlining solution proposals based on exisiting or proposed product features.

Activities:



Elicit requirements

Requirements Analysis

Outline Solution proposals

Work closely with the prototyping team to develop visualisations of roadmapped functionality

Maintain expert knowledge of assigned areas of the product.

Support initiatives to integrate thrid party products to Claims

Work with implementaion project teams to harvest product features.

Other activities as directed by the Head of Product Management.

Requirements:



Insurance background

familiarity with insurance business processes

5 + yrs experience of requirements analysis, system analysis or business consulting in a financial services software environment

Ideally direct experience of Product Management in a software context.

Excellent analytical and communication skills

This role may require occasional travel overseas to present on areas of the product.
