Portuguese Nurses and Pharmacists Wanted for Customer Medical Service – Sweden or Bulgaria – you choose!

Location: Sweden or Bulgaria
Salary: over €30 K – very attractive


Your main duties will be to : Provide medical information and assistance with high quality customer service, including researching and responding to inquiries received via phone, email, internet or mail. Research and respond to the inquiries from approved resources.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese
• Fluency in English
• Medical experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelors degree in a science/health-related field
• Customer service experience an advantage
• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job

Preference
• Some nursing experience or medical information experience
• BSN or Associate Degree Nursing, or
• Registered Nurse or sitting for the boards with expectation of licensure within early part of employment,
OR
• BS in Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist or sitting for the boards with expectation of licensure early on in employment,
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Some retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
