Overall Purpose of Job



To key purpose of this role is to define the product roadmap for Paddy Power Poker through competitor analysis and customer feedback. Work closely with software partners to ensure the product developments are delivered in a timely manner.



Proactively and efficiently manage the Operations team and all day to day operational duties necessary to ensure the smooth running of the operations division of the poker channel. To assist in defining the poker brand and develop the product poker with a view to maximising customer acquisition and retention in line with company KPIs.





Main duties & responsibilities:

Define the product roadmap for Paddy Power Poker.

Work with software provider (Playtech) to deliver product roadmap in line with deadlines.

Management of day to day operational team & duties.

Manage the execution of paddypowerpoker.com’s suite of clients and microsites.

Utilize all internal and external tools to accurately measure and improve performance.

Responsible for reporting performance to Management through daily analysis of the product.

Champion product development and site enhancement to increase revenue, acquisition and retention.

Monitor competitor trends and developments and identify new product opportunities for Paddy Power Poker.

Monitor and develop game offerings to improve product suite for our poker players.

Collaborate with Poker Marketing to develop and roll out differentiating poker promotions.

Maintain weekly communication with Playtech on all operational and development matters.

Build relationships with key network and industry players.

Devise and execute online qualification schedule for Paddy Power Poker live events.

Education & Experience:

Knowledge of poker would be advantageous.

Knowledge of the leisure/gaming industry would be advantageous.

Educated to Bachelors degree level.

3+ years operational experience.

3+ years management experience.

Background in IT would be beneficial.
