Dermatology Brand Manager vacancy in top pharmaceutical company in Dublin

My Client, a global company with a state of the art facility in West Dublin is currently seeking a Brand Manager for a Dermatology product. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmaceutical Brand Manager

The role will involve:

Implementing strategic and operational dermatology brand plans as well as driving collaboration across the team in terms of marketing activity and taking responsibility for marketing launches of a new brand
Marketing planning - leading the marketing planning within the team and working closely with other brand managers and regional teams.
Implementing of promotional plans and communicating strategies to sales representatives as well as communicating brand strategy to the sales team.
This role involves working closely with cross functional teams within the organisation - health service, medical, sales, quality , Key Account managers other business units etc.
You may also be required to attend international meetings to build networks and contacts

Qualifications and Experience required:
· Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or equivalent· 3+ years pharmaceutical brand manager experience would be advantage· Previous track record and sales experience in Pharma business would be an advantage· Strategic decision making and strong decision making evident· Proven track record of executing brand campaigns that drive demand and revenues (preferably new product launch experience)· Excellent understanding of marketing process from planning, executing to evaluating campaigns· Understanding of Irish pharmaceutical marketing and environment· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Proven team player. High integrity and focus on compliance
