Paddy Power is looking to hire a Pay per Click Executive to join the growing Paddy Power Marketing Operations team. Based in Dublin the Marketing Operations Team is responsible for Pay per Click Advertising, SEO, Display and Affiliate Networks.



Role & Responsibilities:



The role is varied but will include the following:

Create, maintain and optimise paid search campaigns across all major engines on a daily basis including:

Keyword Research

Ad Creation & Testing

Quality Score Improvements

Bid Management

Conversion Optimisation & Tracking

Managing the design and creation of dedicated landing pages

Setting up and maintaining banner campaigns and liaising with internal design teams

Compiling weekly and monthly pay per click performance reports

Setting up split tests and managing split testing software

Managing automated bid management tools

Maintain strong internal relationships with all internal and external customers

Reporting and analysis on different performance metrics

Coordinating production of web element for the websites

Research and project management



Essential Experience:

At least 3 years experience in the area of pay per click

Experience of managing budgets of a minimum of 10k per month

Experience in split testing ads and landing pages

Experience of using bid management tools

Experience of online copywriting

Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge

Experience of working with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
