The role:

Working in the Paddy Power brand team, you’ll produce educational, informative and entertaining multimedia videos including:
betting tips videos
novelty betting videos
tutorial videos
promotional videos
cutting edge video based online adverts

A typical day’s work will involve pre-production, capturing, editing, encoding, uploading, and promotion of video content.

The successful candidate will also be involved in the production of National televised and web-streamed events such as poker events like the Irish Open and Irish Winter Festival.

This would involve dealing with external vendors to organise production teams, encoding and streaming.

The ideal candidate will be a well organised, goal focused, team player who works well under pressure.

The person:

Qualifications/Experience:
A diploma or degree in film production or similar is required
Ideally 1-2 years experience in a similar field, but if you’re a red hot graduate we’ll listen to your pitch
Must be able to record and edit video content

Software Knowledge required:
Final Cut Studio (Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor, etc)
Adobe Photoshop
DVD authoring software

Desirable:
Experience at grading & advanced audio mixing
Knowledge of, and interest in, sport and current affairs
Familiarity with seeding video content, optimising content for video sites and driving views online
