Online Product Manager

We have a well established online business with significant growth and are immediately adding several people to the team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years Online experience, ideally as a Product Manager or perhaps a Business Analyst or Developer who is looking to make a permanent move to a more commercially focussed role.
Essential Attributes:
• Commercially focussed, understands the drivers of costs and revenues
• Knowledge of Fraud management concepts and how online payments systems work
• Organized approach with experience in specifying, testing and managing the release of new functionality as well as the management of a website
• Ability to prioritise short-term and long-term objectives
• Metrics driven with advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highly motivated self starter
• Excellent Communicator and fluent in English
• A degree or equivalent working experience
• Able to work in an high growth company with strong, passionate people

Responsibilities:
• Help increase the profitability of the Online P&L
• Help manage every aspect of the site
• Manage day to day relationships with our online payments partners
• Own the fraud procedures across all our online properties
• Manage the team’s Metrics Dashboard
• Specify new product requirements, and work with internal teams to ensure they are released successfully
• Work with Mobile Network Operators to launch new services
• Help manage the Online Product Roadmap
• Work with the Online Marketing Manager to optimise our marketing efforts
• Work with Customer Services to solve customer or partner issues
• Manage and drive the improvement of the company’s website through the use of metrics derived from customer data e.g. Google Analytics
