Online Marketing Manager (Sportsbook)

Paddy Power is the biggest online betting brand in Ireland and one of the biggest and fastest growing in the UK. Due to continued growth, we want to recruit an experienced online marketer to manage and grow the marketing function within the Online Sportsbook Channel.

Key objectives:

Create a marketing strategy focused primarily on customer acquisition, retention and maximizing share of wallet, leveraging the Paddy Power brand.
Build a strong marketing team, through recruitment and development of existing staff, covering:
Acquisition
Retention
CRM & customer insight
Implement rigorous systems for planning, execution, analysis and refinement of marketing campaigns, thereby improving
The productivity of the Marketing Team
Campaign management and throughput
Develop the nascent Customer Insight team into a function capable of delivering granular customer insight to inform marketing campaigns pre and post execution

Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Recruit, manage and motivate all team members to ensure excellence in all aspects of marketing
Marketing Campaign Management:
Establish and monitor processes for planning and managing all outbound retention focused marketing campaigns including:
Email
SMS
Outbound calling
Direct Mail
Social Media
Any other relevant channels
Product Development:
Work with Product Management team to inform product roadmap in relation to key customer acquisition, retention, reactivation and maximizing share of wallet
CRM:
Develop the nascent Customer Insight function into a fully fledged CRM programme covering:
In depth understanding of all customer segments
Insight driven marketing campaigns
Support real time intervention to maximize spend, minimize churn, identify those at risk of lapsing etc

Candidate profile:

Relevant degree
Experience of:
Marketing in a high volume environment, ideally in an online B2C environment
Building and managing a highly effective marketing team
Managing all aspects of acquisition and retention focused marketing campaigns
Marketing using social media
Online Marketing essential
Gambling Industry Maketing desirable
