Online Marketing Manager

We have a well established online business with significant growth and are immediately adding several people to the team.
Essential Attributes:
• A minimum of two years online marketing experience within a client or agency
• Ability to manage a budget
• Strong analytical ability with advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highly motivated self starter
• Fluent in English
• A degree or equivalent working experience
• Organized approach with good project skills
• Able to work in an high growth company with strong, passionate people

Responsibilities:
• Devise, develop and maintain all online campaigns
• Identify, create, execute and manage offline campaigns in support of online products
• Manage, measure and drive improvement in company websites, including working with other members of the online team, developers and graphic designer
• Analytical analysis of all marketing campaigns
• Develop & Report on KPI’s (consumer acquisition targets and costs etc.)
• Create and execute SMS and other available marketing campaigns
• Day-to-day execution and development of search engine optimization strategies relating to, search keyword purchases, online and viral marketing, integrated marketing and contra deals.
• Profile and Segment our online customers
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
