Responsibilities.

To assist in the technical development of the team - solving system and application problems for customers- both internal and external, on site engineers, and other  users. 

Repsond to calls via mail, web and telephone. 


Main Objectives 


Identify training needs for team 

Conduct Training/ Coaching sessions for team on new products 

Be aware of customer requirements .

Provide mentoring to analysts on a " one to one " basis . 


Technical Requirements 

Knowledge of  MS Operating Systems 

LINUX

UNIX

Storage Management and Data Copy
