Solicitor - Corporate - Dublin

Leading Irish Firm requires top Associates for expanding corporate team. Significant growth opportunity in one of the highest ranked corporate departments in Dublin.

ROLE

You will report directly to senior partners and work with a portfolio of clients at the upper echelon of the Irish market in addition to a number of international and multinational entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be tasked with managing high quality work, including public company and private equity transactions as well as M&A and advisory work.

REQUIREMENT & REMUNERATION

This position is likely to suit a solicitor with at least 2 to 5 years PQE who can expect a comprehensive remuneration package which will be negotiable and dependent upon experience.
