MG International is currently looking to recruit 10 German Level 1 Technical Support Agents for a client of ours based in Ireland. The company is one of the largest technology companies in the world. They specialize in developing and manufacturing computing, hardware, software and services and are a leading brand in the IT industry. The European Operations Centre is located in Cork, Ireland.

As a Technical Support Agent on the German market you will:

• Provide quality customer service and support via phone and e-mail
• Troubleshooting
• Analyze the customer’s concern and react in appropriate way, providing solution to their problem fast and efficient

The Ideal candidate will be:

• Fluent in German and English language
• Able to maintain professionalism in a busy environment and under pressure
• Possessing strong problem solving skills
• A Team player
