• Multinational Company looking for French and Flemish Speakers for the role of CSR in one of the most important Bank in the Netherland. Permanent position.

Location: The Netherland.

Salary: 20.000 – 25.000

With more than 50 offices worldwide the company is a giant provider of customer services for transnational organizations which have excellent reputations. The company’s customer service centre is located in Netherlands and at this moment they are looking for French and Flemish Customer Services Agents, fluent in English to join their Customer Services team.

Responsibilities:

o Taking inbound calls
o Deal with customer complaints
o Answer general question
o Follow up in customer queries and issues
o Enter data in databases
o Inform customers about products
o Understand financial nature of queries and respond on an adequate level of professionalism
o Prioritize issues and maintain quality of service offered despite of the high level of pressure

Requirements:

o Fluency in Flemish and French.
o Fluency in English.
o Demonstrated Customer Service Experience
o Strong keyboarding skills
o Exceptional communication skills
