Our client is a multilingual outsourcing company serving several industries, including travel, insurance, financial services, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, distribution and retail. They also provide essential corporate functions, such as finance and accounting, human resources (payroll and benefits administration), research and analytics.

At this moment they are looking for a Finnish Speaker for the role of Accounts Payable.

Location: Bucharest, Romania.

What will be your responsibilities?
You will be working within the Accounts Payable Department developing the normal task in this area:
- Input invoices using Oracle Accounting System;
- Monitor and clear ‘on hold’ invoices in a timely manner;
- Share Supplier statement reconciliation within the team;
- Support General Ledger teams with month-end processes and requests;
- Support customers (buyers) with Electronic Purchase Order queries;
- Maintain supplier liaison via telephone and email communication;
- Discuss with line Manager and complete quarterly Objectives and Performance;
- Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 meetings with the manager;

The ideal candidate:
- Fluent Finnish and English speaker.
- Desirable experience in accounting;
- Proactive in solving day to day issues;
- Ability to pick up new tasks and learn quickly.
- Good communication and development skills;
