Type: full-time 6 month contract with view to extension or becoming permanent

Location: Dublin City Centre



We are urgently seeking a Logistic Order Management Administrator with fluency in German for a reputable multinational with offices in Dublin 8.



The job:

As Logistic Order Management Administrator, your duties will focus on the delivery of performance, revenue and delinquency reduction goals and include:

• Supply chain management, to include the management of all order scheduling aspects for your portfolio of clients

• Providing relevant logistic support to facilitate both internal operations and clients

• Inventory control: managing client forecasts and existing pipeline and resolve any discrepancies

• Work towards company and client KPIs and keep inaccuracies to a minimum.



To be considered for this position you will need to have:

• 3rd level degree, ideally in a relevant logistic discipline

• Previous experience in a logistic or supply chain role with a strong focus on order management

• Fluency in German

• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
