Lead Java Developer

Our client is a leading software development firm based in Dublin City Centre. Due to continued growth of the business, they are now recruiting for a Lead developer.

Role:
This role will involve the development of N-Tier applications using Java/J2EE technologies. The lead developer will work through the full software lifecycle from requirements gathering right through to unit testing and will be responsible for the design and development of the architecture including low level design.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Java/J2EE development
• Understanding of software configuration management and release management
• Strong skills in Java, Spring, Apache Tomcat
• Knowledge of Web Services, Restful Services
• Experience working in Linux/Unix
• Experience in Agile Development
