Currently working on a big project for the high tech industry, German Customer Support agents are needed urgently to answer queries and provide solutions to support technical issues.

As a German Customer Support Agent your daily tasks will be:
• Providing the customers of the company with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support
• Providing troubleshooting services to customers
• Resolving technical queries

• Native/fluent German speaker – Good English a must

• Previously experience in Customer Service/Call centre industry
