Our European multi-lingual recruitment team works with clients and candidates to match their specific requirements in each country.

We specialize in 5 main markets; Customer Service, Shared Service & Finance, IT, Sales, Engineering & Pharmaceutical. BeesWax sources multi-lingual talent from over 25 major job boards, language fairs & exhibitions, specialist publications, industry portals and offline advertising to generate our constant flow of high-calibre candidates for our customer base.

Role: Our team is growing and we have openings for Recruitment Consultants interested in working in the European market. Our recruiters are responsible for developing, managing and particular market. This involves new business development, maximizing existing clients and growing your customer base. In addition you will deal with your own candidate applications, proactive searches and referrals in order to find the best talent on the market. The purpose of the role is to locate new clients and supply them with staff generating revenue for you and your team. This is a proactive role that requires a dedication to new business development, the ability to follow up on leads and build your market as well as the ability to work closely with your candidate base. Our recruiters are managed on KPI’s and productivity that allows us monitor progress in all aspects of the sales process.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess a background in sales with 2+ years experience in a target driven environment. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of targets, Key Point Indicators, revenue and margin. You must have proven business development skills having generated leads, performed the sales calls, closed the sale and initiated the contract. Candidates should have closed a minimum of 5 sales per month and be comfortable with a high paced sales role. We are seeking candidates that speak fluent English plus either German, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian or Czech.
