Leading Irish practice group seeks technically minded IP Solicitor to advise a broad range of clients including cutting edge Software development houses and the Pharmaceutical companies.

| RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a primarily contentious role for candidates with a particular interest in, and demonstrated experience in IP litigation. The department rests within the commercial litigation group of my clients firm however the successful candidate will still be involved in certain non contentious advices from time to time.

My client would be interested in seeing candidate with a background in science or pharama as certain areas in which they advise are highly technical.
