Inside Sales Representative

Copperfasten Technologies,through our award winning SpamTitan and WebTitan product suite, provide email and internet software security solutions to customers internationally from our Galway headquarters.

We are now looking to add to our Sales and Marketing team with the addition on an Inside Tele Sales representative. The successful candidate with have excelled in a similar role in the software industry and will be of graduate level with several years experience exceeding targets in an IT sales role in the B2B market..

Responsibilities



* Actively promoting SpamTitan and WebTitan among our customers
* Maintaining a sales pipeline derived from inbound leads and software renewals
* Liaising with existing and new customers over the phone and email to ensure the highest levels of customer product satisfaction.
* Converting inbound leads to product evaluations and sales
* Cross selling to our existing customer base
* Maintaining customer software renewals
* Working to strict targets and deadlines
* Updating customer database
* Producing weekly and monthly sales reports

Requirements



* Degree level qualification
* 2 years previous experience in a similar IT sales role
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Ability to work in a sales focused environment
* Excellent telephone skills
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* 2nd language an advantage (German, Spanish, Italian)
