We are currently recruiting for a number of HR positions with the following Languages:


Danish
Dutch
German

The Role:


Responding to employees and managers regarding complex and sensitive issues.
Providing guidance regarding interpretation of policies and programs
Employee counselling, equal employment opportunity, disability services, labuor relations and/or new employee orientation.
Investigate employee complaints and disputes, and recommends the company's response.
Educates new and current employees on employee relations issues.
Liaises with legal department and other experts to effectively deal with possible conflicts related to employment practices.

Requirements:


BS/BA degree or educational equivalent
2-5 years HR experience including 1+ years employee relations
Direct experience in a customer facing roles or environment
