Hotel Bar Manager Dublin North

Experienced bar manager / supervisor with general hotel experience required to manage the busy bar of a hotel in north Dublin.

Salary is negotiable around 30,000 Euro per annum.

Requirements:
· Bar supervisory experience.
· Good knowledge of drinks/wines.
· Cost management experience.
· Hotel experience / hotel duty management experience.
· Knowledge and appreciation of the other departments of a hotel.
· Staff management experience.
· Ability to think and act on own initiative.
· Thrive on responsibility.
· Excellent customer service skills.

The hotel is not in a position to help with a work permit so all applicants must be legally entitled to work in Ireland without a work permit.
