About this job
A hotel in county Galway requires a sous/head chef for their finedining restaurant to begin in March 2010.
The successful applicant will have worked at least 4 years as a sous/head chef in a 4/5* hotel or guide listed restaurant.They will have an excellent sense of flair and imagination,creative in their menu planning and execution in presentation and flavour.
This hotel has very high standards of cuisine and will expect the successful applicant to continue this while bring their own style to the table.
The style of service is unique both in menu style and service.
You should have previous experience in HACCP,purchasing and costing.
Their is a very good salary package here with the facility of accommodation available also.
