My client, a global medical devices company based in Dublin 18 currently has a vacancy for an French/German speaking Team Leader - must be a Native French Speaker with fluent German!!!!

The role will include:

Ensuring all customer service representatives are fully trained in correct processes and procedures
Compile and manage business reporting
Consistantly improve productivity though the use and implementation of best practice models
The ideal candidate will have:

4 years customer service experience, 2 years in a leadership role managing a large team
Educated to degree level in Business or related discipline
Experience of working with an English speaking client/customer group, preferably within a logistics, contact centre environment
