Job Description:


You will be responsible for providing effective client service for all internal and external clients by utilizing familiarity of company products and procedures. Selling our range of over 75,000 worldwide hotels and handling a variety of administrative duties including cancellations and amendments to existing bookings, complaints, book outs, credit card payments and all post












Requirements

 passion for customer excellence and fluency in dutch
 Good PC skills
 Analytical and problem solving skills
 Communication skills in particular a confident telephone manner
