Our client is a customer service centre operating on different markets all across Europe. Based in Maastricht, the company employs more than 600 agents from 40 different nationalities on site.

German Traffic control Customer Service agents are needed to provide support to car users and also general queries for a leading car manufacturer.

AS A JUNIOR OPERATION CONTROL, YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL BE:

• You will be working in a dynamic and fast paced environment cooperating with team leaders and managers

• Advising and co-ordinating implementation of new soft & hardware

• Participating in the resolution of procedural issues with market performance centers and dealers

• Data entry

Who can apply?

• Native German/Fluent English

• University degree in Economics or mathematics

• Exposure to operations (Team leader assistant, Quality assurance) would be considered as an asset

• IT skills

• Problem solver

• Excellent communications skills

• Good understanding of customer satisfaction

• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment

Salary: Euros 2030-2900 gross max per month

Start date : May

Type: Full time, permanent

Experience required: 3 months in customer service/call centre industry
